I live at W Ruby Hill Dr, Pleasanton. I have <br />reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive <br />and am in support of the proposed lot split and development of the two new homes. I <br />also want to state that I fully support the two story home proposed on Parcel A which <br />fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming precedence of two story <br />homes in that area. I see no reason to change that at this point in time with only a <br />handful of lots left to be built on.
