I live at <br />Snowdrop Circle in Pleasanton. I have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21- <br />0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in support of the proposed lot split and <br />development of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully support the two <br />story home proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an <br />overwhelming precedence of two story homes in that area. I see no reason to change <br />that at this point in time with only a handful of lots left to be built on.
