I live at Solandra Ct in Pleasanton. I <br />have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in support of the <br />proposed lot split and development of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully support the two story <br />home proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming precedence of two <br />story homes in that area. I see no reason to change that at this point in time with only a handful of lots left to be <br />built on.
