K.7- <br />- _ <br />Building Design — Parcel B 3707 Trenery Drive) <br />The proposed single -story residence's design and style include materials, detailing, and colors <br />of high quality that are aesthetically pleasing, and are harmonious with and complement the <br />character of the neighborhood (see Figure 9). The applicant has provided a well-designed <br />structure through various roof forms, the use of stucco and stone veneer, and recessed window <br />treatments on all building elevations which are appropriate for the neighborhood and provide <br />sufficient visual interest from the street. The proposed colors complement the existing homes in <br />the area and the mix of natural tones in the vicinity. As proposed, the home would measure <br />approximately 22 feet, four inches in height (measured from grade to the ridge) and would be <br />compatible with the one- and two-story properties in the area.
