Staff has provided, in the Agenda Report, an <br />analysis of the proposed architecture, site plan and setbacks, all of which combine to avoid having the <br />two-story home appear to dominate the streetscape, appear out of character, or cause any significant <br />visual or privacy issues. Thus, as outlined in the Agenda Report, staff continues to support the proposed <br />project, including the two-story home proposed to be located on one of the two new lots. <br />Attachment: Public Comments received for PUD -142. <br />
