Fire Protection: <br />• All structures will be constructed under the latest applicable fire codes for low <br />density residential buildings with review and approval by Cal Fire, the City of <br />Pleasanton Building Department, and the Livermore Pleasanton Fire District. <br />• All structures to be constructed of fire resistive materials with fireproof roofing <br />materials. <br />• Residential construction to be equipped with automatic sprinkler systems. <br />• Individual property owners are required to administer fire safe landscaping <br />practices. <br />• Remainder ranch operations will maintain a minimum thirty-foot fire break <br />between residential properties and open range land.
