Cities of Dublin and Pleasanton | Disaster Debris Management Plan | 2022 <br />87 <br /> <br />Street Clearing Task Force Leader <br /> <br />Position Description: The Street Clearing Task Force Leader oversees street clearing <br />operations immediately following a disaster to ensure emergency vehicles and utility restoration <br />crews can access and traverse roads in conducting emergency response operations. <br /> <br />Reports To: Debris Management Group Supervisor <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br /> Stage and ready resources immediately prior to an expected incident to ensure they will <br />be fueled and ready to activate in the event they are needed to clear debris off jurisdiction <br />streets. <br /> Oversee street clearing immediately following a debris generating incident. <br /> Coordinate force account and contract resources to clear streets of debris in accordance <br />with established objectives and priorities. <br /> Track the progress of street clearing operations. <br /> Provide regular updates to the Debris Management Group Supervisor regarding the status <br />of operations. <br /> Coordinate with the designated Safety Coordinator to ensure street clearing operations <br />are conducted in a safe manner. <br /> Ensure all hours, expenses and equipment use is accurately documented. <br /> <br />
