Cities of Dublin and Pleasanton | Disaster Debris Management Plan | 2022 <br />78 <br /> <br />Appendix C: Load Tickets <br /> <br />Monitors will be responsible for initiating Debris Load Tickets at Contractor debris loading sites <br />and estimating and recording the type and quantity of debris, in cubic yards, of Contractor <br />vehicles entering the temporary TDMS sites on Debris Load Tickets. The debris loading site <br />monitors will complete Section 1 of the load ticket. The monitor will keep one copy and give the <br />remaining copies to the truck driver. The monitor’s copy will be turned into the Debris Manager <br />or designated representative on a daily basis. <br /> <br />The TDMS site monitors will record the estimated quantity, in cubic yards, on Section 2 of the <br />load ticket. The monitor will keep one copy and give the remaining copies to the truck driver. The <br />monitor’s copy will be turned into the Debris Manager or designated representative on a daily <br />basis. Monitors will be located at the entrance to the TDMS site where the inspection tower is <br />located. They will be responsible for estimating and recording the cubic yards of debris in Section <br />2 of the Load Ticket for all incoming Contractor’s debris hauling vehicles.
