Cities of Dublin and Pleasanton | Disaster Debris Management Plan | 2022 <br />86 <br /> <br />Attachment B: Debris Management Position Job Aids <br /> <br />Debris Management Group Supervisor <br /> <br />Position Description: The Debris Management Group Supervisor oversees disaster debris <br />management operations in accordance with the Disaster Debris Management Plan as well as <br />local, regional, state and federal regulations <br /> <br />Reports To: Public Works Department Operations Center <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br /> Establish the Incident Command Structure for debris management operations. <br /> Coordinate with Procurement/Purchasing to activate contractors for debris clearing and <br />debris monitoring services. <br /> Establish priorities for debris management operations. <br /> Approve the Incident Action Plan. <br /> Collaborate with Federal, State and other agency representatives. <br /> Provide updates to the Public Works Department Operations Center regarding debris <br />management operations. <br /> Review and approve public information messages regarding debris operations. <br /> Coordinate with the Public Works Department Operations Center and Finance in the <br />tracking of debris management costs. <br /> Coordinate the demobilization of debris management operations. <br /> <br /> <br />
