Marketing Plan. Contractor shall include an updated Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials 3195 marketing plan in its annual report for City approval as required by Sections 5.13.2.D and 5.13.3.E. 3196 E. Historical Data. (to be completed if Rates are to be determined using a cost-based adjustment 3197 pursuant to Section 8.2) 3198 Provide the following annual historical data for each Service Type: 3199 1. Customer levels and subscription levels; 3200 2. Solid Waste Tonnage; 3201 3. Diversion Tonnage; 3202 4. Gross Rate Revenues; and, 3203 5. Material revenues for Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials by program type. 3204 F. Variance Analysis. (to be completed if Rates are to be determined using a cost-based adjustment 3205 pursuant to Section 8.2) 3206 Provide the following variance analysis for each Service Type. For any variances greater than five 3207 percent (5%) annually, Contractor shall provide sufficient rationale to support variance. 3208 1. Variance analysis comparing current Rate Period to each of the prior Rate Periods of 3209 Agreement; and, 3210 2. Variance analysis comparing current Rate Period to each of the future projected Rate Periods. 3211 G. Allocations. (to be completed if Rates are to be determined using a cost-based adjustment pursuant 3212 to Section 8.2) 3213 1. Provide a concise general explanation of the various allocation methodologies used for each 3214 Rate application line item; 3215 2. Provide specific examples of each type of allocation used showing how an entry is reported 3216 in the general ledger (GL) and ties to the Rate application; and, 3217 3. Provide a statement indicating whether there have been any changes in allocation methods 3218 used since the last Rate application. If any allocation methods have changed clearly identify 3219 those changes. 3220 H. Projections. (to be completed if Rates are to be determined using a cost-based adjustment pursuant 3221 to Section 8.2) 3222 1. Provide support for the basis for projected Gross Rate Revenues and line item expenses, 3223 clearly indicate the supporting calculations and assumptions; and, 3224 2. Provide support for the most-recent twelve (12) months of Tonnage data for period ending 3225 October; clearly indicate the supporting calculations and assumptions. 3226
