Hotel with an on-site food facility and two hundred (200) or more rooms. 553 <br />C. Health facility with an on-site food facility and one hundred (100) or more beds. 554 <br />D. Large Venue. 555 <br />E. Large Event. 556 <br />F. A State agency with a cafeteria with two hundred fifty (250) or more seats or total cafeteria 557 <br />facility size equal to or greater than five thousand (5,000) square feet. 558 <br />G. A local education agency with an on-site food facility. 559 <br />If the definition in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(74) of Tier Two Commercial Edible Food Generator 560 <br />differs from this definition, the definition in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(74) shall apply to this 561 <br />Agreement. 562 <br />1.112 "Term" means the duration of this Agreement, as provided for in Article 3. 563 <br />1.113 "Ton (or Tonnage)" means a unit of measure for weight equivalent to two thousand (2,000) 564 <br />pounds where each pound contains sixteen (16) ounces. 565 <br />1.114 “Transfer” means the act of transferring the materials Collected by Contractor in their route 566 <br />vehicles into larger vehicles for Transport to other facilities for the purpose of Processing or 567 <br />Disposing of such materials. 568 <br />1.115 "Transfer Station" means a facility that receives Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and/or 569 <br />Organic Materials, temporarily stores, and Transfers the materials from smaller to larger vehicles 570 <br />for Transport. 571 <br />1.116 “Transfer Station Revenue” means the actual monies received at the Transfer Station from 572 <br />Persons delivering Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and/or Organic Materials to the Transfer 573 <br />Station, which shall be determined in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. 574 <br />1.117 "Transformed" means incinerated, pyrolysised, distilled, gasified, or biologically converted in a 575 <br />way other than Composted. 576 <br />1.118 “Transport” or "Transportation" means the act of conveyance from one place to another or 577 <br />state of being transported. 578 <br />1.119 "Unacceptable Spillage" means any Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, or Organic Materials 579 <br />spilled or left at an established Collection site by Contractor after Collection, with the exception 580
