IRON HORSE TRAIL TO SHADOW CLIFFS CONNECTION <br />TVTC PROJECT SPONSORS <br />City of Pleasanton <br />LEAD AGENCY <br />City of Pleasanton <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION (UPDATED <br />SUMMER 2021) <br />Currently, the Iron Horse Trail ends as a <br />narrow-paved path to the overcrossing <br />bridge of the regional railway on the east <br />side of Valley Avenue, where there is a flat, <br />paved spaced under the railroad bridge that could accommodate the trail. <br />Project C-11e would construct a continuous Class I trail, at least 10 feet wide, and would include protected <br />intersection improvements and additional crossing improvements of Valley/Bernal and Stanley to improve <br />pedestrian and bicyclist safety. <br />STATUS <br />This project has not started. <br />PHASING AND SCHEDULE <br />The phasing and schedule for this project have not been defined. <br />COST AND FUNDING SOURCES <br />Cost (Millions) $1.65 <br />Funding (Millions) <br />Pleasanton TIF $0.60 <br />Direct Developer Fee $0.75 <br />TVTDF $0.16 <br />Total Funding (Millions) $1.51 <br />Total Funding Shortfall (Millions) $0.14 <br />
