VALLEY LINK RAIL (PHASE 1) <br />TVTC PROJECT SPONSOR <br />City of Pleasanton, City of Dublin, City of Livermore, Alameda County <br />LEAD AGENCY <br />City of Pleasanton, City of Dublin, City of Livermore, Alameda County <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION (UPDATED SUMMER 2021) <br />Valley Link Rail project will connect Northern San Joaquin County communities to the Tri-Valley and BART <br />through 41 miles of rail and 7 stations. The project will extend from the planned Altamont Corridor Express <br />(ACE) N Lathrop Station in the San Joaquin Valley through the Altamont Pass, then readily connect with <br />the Dublin/Pleasanton BART terminus. <br />The TVTDF would go towards construction cost and access improvement for three stations in Tri-Valley <br />Area (Dublin/Pleasanton, Isabel, and Southfront). <br />STATUS <br />The EIR was completed in 2021. <br />PHASING AND SCHEDULE <br />The project will be completed in multiple phases: <br />• 2018-2020 Design/Environmental <br />• 2019-2023 Procurement <br />• 2020-2026 Design/Construction. <br />
