Wholesale Food Vendor. 524 <br />If the definition in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(73) of Tier One Commercial Edible Food Generator 525 <br />differs from this definition, the definition in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(73) shall apply to this 526 <br />Agreement. 527 <br />1.111 “Tier Two Commercial Edible Food Generator” means a Commercial Edible Food Generator that 528 <br />is one of the following, each as defined in 14 CCR Section 18982: 529 <br />A. Restaurant with two hundred fifty (250) or more seats, or a total facility size equal to or 530 <br />greater than five thousand (5,000) square feet. 531 <br />B. Hotel with an on-site food facility and two hundred (200) or more rooms. 532 <br />C. Health facility with an on-site food facility and one hundred (100) or more beds. 533 <br />D. Large Venue. 534 <br />E. Large Event. 535 <br />F. A State agency with a cafeteria with two hundred fifty (250) or more seats or total cafeteria 536 <br />facility size equal to or greater than five thousand (5,000) square feet. 537 <br />G. A local education agency with an on-site food facility. 538 <br />If the definition in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(74) of Tier Two Commercial Edible Food Generator 539 <br />differs from this definition, the definition in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(74) shall apply to this 540 <br />Agreement. 541 <br />1.112 "Term" means the duration of this Agreement, as provided for in Article 3. 542 <br />1.113 "Ton (or Tonnage)" means a unit of measure for weight equivalent to two thousand (2,000) pounds 543 <br />where each pound contains sixteen (16) ounces. 544 <br />1.114 “Transfer” means the act of transferring the materials Collected by Contractor in their route 545 <br />vehicles into larger vehicles for Transport to other facilities for the purpose of Processing or Disposing 546 <br />of such materials. 547 <br />1.115 "Transfer Station" means a facility that receives Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and/or Organic 548 <br />Materials, temporarily stores, and Transfers the materials from smaller to larger vehicles for 549 <br />Transport. 550
