Work Products: Grantee shall provide California State Library with copies of all <br /> final products identified in the Work Plan and Application. Grantee shall also <br /> provide the State Library with copies of all public education and advertising <br /> material produced pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> 59. Worker's Compensation: The State of California will not provide Workers' <br /> Compensation insurance for Grantee or Grantee's employees or contract <br /> personnel. If Grantee hires employees to perform services required by this <br /> Agreement, Grantee shall provide Workers' Compensation insurance for them. <br /> The Grantee is aware of Labor Code Section 3700, which requires every <br /> employer to be insured against liability for Workers' Compensation or to <br /> undertake self-insurance in accordance with the Labor Code, and the Grantee <br /> agrees to comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of <br /> the work of this Agreement. <br />
