A width measured from building face to building face not less than one-quarter of the sum of <br /> the tallest building heights bordering each side of the Paseo. <br /> b. All Paseos shall be further limited to a minimum width of 20 feet and a maximum width of <br /> 35 feet. <br /> B4.2 Where Paseos are provided,the pathways in a paseo shall be at least six feet wide when intended <br /> for pedestrians only and at least eight feet wide when intended for pedestrians as well as <br /> bicyclists. <br /> B4.3 Stoops and porches shall be allowed to encroach up to four feet into the Paseo. <br /> B4.4 Low entry landscape walls, not to exceed three feet in height,may encroach up to six feet into the <br /> paseo. <br /> B4.5 Where Paseos are provided, trees shall be planted at an average spacing of 25 feet with no <br /> individual spacing to exceed 40 feet. <br /> B4.6 Where Paseos are provided, pedestrian-scale lighting shall be provided and shall comply with <br /> City of Pleasanton - 12 - December 14, 2022-DRAFT <br />
