Utilities and Service Systems <br />Prior EIR MM 4.L-2: Prior to the recordation of a Final Map, the <br />issuance of a grading permit, the issuance of a building permit, <br />or utility extension approval to the site, whichever is sooner, <br />the applicant shall submit written verification from Zone 7 <br />Water Agency or the City of Pleasanton’s Utility Planning <br />Division that water is available for the project. To receive the <br />verification, the applicant may need to offset the project’s <br />water demand.
