Building Signage <br /> <br />Design Standards <br />All Sites <br />C8.1 Exterior signage shall conform with all applicable signage regulations in the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code (§18.74). <br />C8.2 Box signs, roof signs, flashing or kinetic signs, roof signs, and signs with interior illumination <br />shall be prohibited. <br />C8.3 Informational signs and posters shall be allowed to cover a maximum of 5% of total glazed <br />window area or 4 square feet, whichever is less. <br />C8.4 Backlit signs shall be prohibited. Illuminated signage shall be achieved through external <br />“spotlight” illumination or integrated “halo” illumination. <br /> <br />Design Guidelines <br />All Sites <br />C8.a Signage should incorporate an artistic design element relating to the proposed development <br />aesthetic. <br />
