Alleys <br /> <br /> <br />Figure 2: Alley Design Standards <br /> <br />Design Standards <br />All Sites <br />B3.1 Where provided, private Alleys shall provide a minimum of 28 feet clear between opposing <br />building faces. <br />B3.2 Where provided, private Alleys shall provide a minimum four-foot-deep planting strip between <br />the face of building and back of curb adjacent to garages.
