Assessment of Traffic Sound Levels in Outdoor Activity Areas associated with <br />the Project (MM 4.J-5c) <br />Pursuant to the referenced SEIR, specifically the prescribed Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, <br />the following is a condition of approval for the subject project. <br />MM 4.J-5c - Acoustical assessment demonstrating that any locations of outdoor activity for <br />sensitive uses associated with the project site shall be designed so that the noise exposure <br />from traffic does not exceed 65 dBA Ldn at these activity areas. <br />This traffic noise assessment considered the potential traffic sound levels in outdoor activities areas <br />associated with the Project, specifically two ground-level outdoor courtyards and two rooftop decks which <br />have been identified as locations of outdoor activities for sensitive uses. The locations of the outdoor <br />activity areas are highlighted in red in Figure 1.
