Storefronts shall be designed to incorporate a base (curb) <br />composed of high quality material s such as brick, stone , tile , or recessed wood panel. Such curbs <br />shall not exceed 24 inches above the elevation of the adjacent sidewalk . <br />C4.5 Ground-floor glazing located at M ixed-Use or Live-Work occupanc ie s shall ensu re vi s ibility <br />through compliance with the following : <br />a . Glaz ing at mi xed-use storefronts shall provide a minimum 60 percent tran s parency <br />between two and twe lve feet a bove adjacent grade ; <br />b. Frosted or fritted glazing shall be allowed up to 20 percent of cumulative window area; <br />c. Colored or reflective glazing, s urface-mounted mullions, and opaque or mirrored films <br />shall be all prohibited . <br />d. Interio r partitions more than fou r feet in height shall be set back at least ten feet from <br />e xterior glazing . <br />e .
