A width measured from building face to building face not less than o ne-quarter of the sum of the tallest building he ights bordering each side of the Paseo . b . All Paseos shall be further limited to a m inimum width of20 feet and a max imum width of 35 feet. 84.2 Where Paseos are provided, the pathways in a paseo shall be at least six feet wide when intended for pedestrians only and at least eight feet wide when intended for pedestrians as well as bicyclists. 8 4.3 Stoops and porches sha ll be a ll owed to encroach up to four feet into the Paseo. 8 4.4 Low entry landscape walls , not to exceed three feet in height, may encroach up to six feet into the paseo. 8 4.5 Where Paseos are provided , trees shall be planted at an average s pacing of25 feet with no individ ual spacing to exceed 40 feet. 8 4.6 Where Paseos are provided, pedestrian-scale lighting shall be provided and shall comply with City of Pleasanton -16 -January 5, 2023 -DRAFT
