Projects proposing 7 units or more on sites exceeding 1.0 acres in gross area <br />• Minimum of two Group Usable Open Spaces at ground , each providing: <br />o Smallest dime ns ion: 50 feet <br />o Minimum area: 4000 square feet <br />86.2 The edges of Group Usable Open Spaces shall be bordered by building Active Frontages, Public <br />Streets , or Paseos. <br />86.3 Private Usable Open Space shall be provided at a quantity of75 square feet per unit ; or 50 square feet per <br />bedroom , whichever is greater. On sites less than 0.5 acre in size, no private usable open space shall be <br />required if group usable open space is required. <br />8 6 .4 Private Usable Open Space shall be allowed to count for 30% of required Group Usable Open <br />Space for projects located on sites 0.5 acres in gross size or less <br />86.5 Where provided , Private Usable Open Space in cluding, but not limited to , balcon ies , porches , <br />stoops and terraces , shall provide a minimum dimension: <br />a. Private Useable Open Space at grade shall have an unobstructed minimum dimension often <br />feet. <br />b.
