with the overall mutual objectives of minimizing disruption of service, minimizing damage to the <br />Developer's Property, maintaining the quality and integrity of the Unit Meters, and eliminating <br />or minimizing the costs of repair and restoration. <br />6. Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Agreement Date and <br />shall continue thereafter for as long as the Project (as previously approved pursuant to the <br />Entitlements or as the same may be modified from time to time) continues to exist and the <br />Project obtains retail water service from City. If Developer abandons the Project prior to <br />development of the same Developer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon <br />delivery of thirty (30) days written notice of termination to City. <br />7. Notices. Formal written notices, demands, correspondence and communications <br />between City and Developer shall be sufficiently given if. (1) personally delivered; (2) <br />dispatched by next day delivery by a reputable carrier such as Federal Express to the offices of <br />City and Developer indicated below, provided that a receipt for delivery is provided; or (3) if <br />dispatched by first class mail, postage prepaid, to the offices of City and Developer indicated <br />below.
