(pointing to the <br /> resolution is simply not sufficient). Garbage cans rules have a more detailed writeup/rules in the <br /> Airport Development Policy than the public concerns expressed/2010 Resolution requirements. And <br /> then ignoring the public comments from the earlier draft. <br /> We would recommend the council and City Manager please take a detailed look at this--there may be violations of the <br /> 2010 resolution and not taking into account public comments in the document. <br /> 1n addition, we understand that the Livermore Airport Manager has not responded on multiple emails for full access to <br /> le public comments (and responses) on the document. Staff has also decided to proactively NOT provide the public <br /> comments to the Airport Commision, City Council, and the public with the latest updated document. Why not? <br /> 1 <br />
