0646897 Paint Chassis Frame Assy, E-Coat, <br />Standard <br />PAINT CHASSIS FRAME ASSEMBLY <br />The chassis frame assembly will be finished with a single system black top coat before the <br />installation of the cab and body, and before installation of the engine and transmission assembly, <br />air brake lines, electrical wire harnesses, etc. <br />Components treated with epoxy E-coat protection prior to paint: <br />Two (2) C-channel frame rails <br />Components that are included with the chassis frame assembly that will be painted not e-coated <br />are: <br />Cross members <br />Axles <br />Suspensions <br />Steering gear <br />Battery boxes <br />Bumper extension weldment <br />Frame extensions <br />Body mounting angles <br />Rear Body support substructure (front and rear) <br />Pump house substructure <br />Air tanks <br />Steel fuel tank <br />Castings <br />Individual piece parts used in chassis and body assembly <br />The E-coat process will meet the technical properties shown. <br />0693797 No Paint Required, Aluminum Front <br />Wheels <br />  <br />0693792 No Paint Required, Aluminum Rear <br />Wheels <br />  <br />0733739 Paint, Axle Hubs <br /> <br />AXLE HUB PAINT <br />All axle hubs will be painted black #101. <br />0729814 SP Coating, UL-LX, Body Color, <br />Crosslay Walls <br />CROSSLAY WALL COATING <br />The front and rear crosslay walls, (dividers not included), will be coated with UL-LX surface <br />coating. <br />The coating will match the body color as close as possible. <br />0808319 SP Coating, UL-LX, Job Color, Hose Bed <br />Cargo Area Walls <br />FRONT HOSEBED LINING <br />The front hosebed walls from the front bulkhead to the cross-divider will be sprayed with UL-LX®  <br />polyurethane/polyurea material. The coating will be job color. <br />The lining will be properly installed by an authorized UL-LX dealer. <br />0808322 SP Coating, UL-LX, Job Color, Cargo <br />Area Walls <br />CARGO AREA LINING <br />The cargo area walls will be sprayed with UL-LX® polyurethane/polyurea material. The coating  <br />will be job color. <br />The lining will be properly installed by an authorized UL-LX dealer. <br />0007230 Compartment, Painted, Spatter Gray <br /> <br />COMPARTMENT INTERIOR PAINT <br />The interior of all compartments will be painted with a gray spatter finish for ease of cleaning and <br />to make it easier to touch up scratches and nicks. <br />0544129 Reflective Band, 1"-6"-1" <br /> <br />REFLECTIVE STRIPES <br />Three (3) reflective stripes will be provided across the front of the vehicle and along the sides of <br />the body. The reflective band will consist of a 1.00" black stripe at the top with a 1.00" gap then a <br />6.00" black stripe with a 1.00" gap and a 1.00" black stripe on the bottom. <br />0007356 Reflective across Cab Face <br /> <br />The reflective band provided on the cab face will be at the headlight level. <br />0536954 Stripe, Chevron, Rear, Diamond <br />Grade, Pumper <br />REAR CHEVRON STRIPING <br />There will be alternating chevron striping located on the rear-facing vertical surface of the <br />apparatus. The rear surface, excluding the rear compartment door, will be covered. <br />The colors will be red and fluorescent yellow green diamond grade. <br />Each stripe will be 6.00" in width. <br />This will meet the requirements of the current edition of NFPA 1901, which states that 50% of the <br />rear surface will be covered with chevron striping. <br />0567374 Stripe, Black Outline each Chevron <br />Stripe @ Rear (Not Warranted) <br /> <br />REFLECTIVE STRIPE OUTLINE <br />A black vinyl outline will be provided for each chevron stripe at the rear of the truck. <br />61717Bid #:
