In short residents of ruby hill don't have blue blood running in the <br /> veins just because they can pay for themselves and take care of <br /> their families and work harder yet we pay, and we're penalized with <br /> price hikes for that same reason ! <br /> like the rest of the nation we are struggling to keep our heads above <br /> water with the high cost of living in California . <br /> So I implore you to look into your heart & ask your good offices to <br /> tap into reserve funds that you currently have, and not extend your <br /> hand to take more money from residents ! <br /> If you need to make cuts then reduce the water consumption to the <br /> golf courses and not hit the residents of RH who don't use it !! <br /> it is not RH residents responsibility to ensure to pay extra fees for <br /> water for so the golf members who pay 10 K for a game of golf <br /> monthly have luscious green lawn to putt!! <br /> if needed, the city should ask the ruby hill to raise the fees on golf <br /> members only and not on the entire association. <br /> I find it punitive unethical & unacceptable unfair If were are forced to <br /> pay for expense of golfers ?????!!! <br />
