Furthermore, the <br /> city residents that are asking questions to the city are not getting <br /> clear answers on the reasoning for the rate increases. <br /> I, for one, am AGAINST the rate increases until the city can provide a <br /> long term plan and alternatives. <br /> Furthermore, the risk/reward and value add from the rate increases <br /> is unclear to me and rest of the residents. <br />
