what gives them the right to take more whether it's supplemental fees for water,garbage, Pg&e, HOA.... <br /> The future is looking most gloomy for our nation and meanwhile, the homeless and illegal population is increasing. <br /> There is not enough police protection because their budget have been cut too and yet you still want us to pay more <br /> !!!what for ?!
