Attachment 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ACCEPTING THE FY 2022/ 23 YEAR-END FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMENDING THE FY 2022/23 CIP <br />BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement Program <br />is presented to the City Council which includes staff recommendations for budget amendments <br />and carryovers; and <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to the City Council such a report for the fiscal year ending <br />June 30, 2023. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: City Council accepts the FY 2022/23 Capital Improvement Program Year- <br />End Financial Report. <br />SECTION 2: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br />book of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular <br />meeting held on December 19, 2023. <br />I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on December 19, 2023, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />__________________________ <br />Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk <br />APPROVES AS TO FORM: <br />_________________________ <br />Daniel G.
