ATTACHMENT 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />ACCEPTING THE FY 2023/24 MID-YEAR BUDGET REPORT AND APPROVING THE <br />FY 2023/24 BUDGET AMENDMENTS <br />WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br />condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br />corrective actions needed; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2023/24 Budget (“Budget”) on June 6, <br />2023; and <br />WHEREAS, staff prepared Mid-Year Budget update that includes recommended <br />amendments to the Budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1.Allocate the $7,710 General Fund surplus to the Unrestricted General <br />Fund Reserve. <br />SECTION 2.
