If bidder fails to contract as provided herein or fails to provide the <br />bonds and /or evidence of insurance, the City may at its option , determine the acceptance <br />thereof shall be null and void, and the forfeiture of such security accompanying this Bid <br />Proposal shall operate and the same shall be the property of the City of Pleasanton. <br />This Bid Proposal shall be good and may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled for a <br />period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the City's opening of bids. <br />Bidder hereby certifies that the licensing information hereinafter stated is true and <br />correct. Bidder further agrees , if the bid is accepted and a contract for performance of the <br />work is entered into wi th the City , to so plan work and to prosecute it with such diligence <br />that the work shall be comp leted w ithin the time stipulated in the agreement.
