Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from
unknown senders. ***
Dear Diego,
I was not able to attend the meeting in person last week but was able to watch it on live stream.
I live in the South Valley Trail neighborhood and is very upset by how this development has unfolded. It seems no one
knew about it till two weeks before the meeting. Someone mentioned that this started in 2021 and notices were sent out
but no one in the entire neighborhood seems to have received any notices. Most found out through word of mouth or
neighborhood email.
This is a single-family home neighborhood; we take pride in our community. The three-story high-density housing will be
out of place and an eyesore. Also, the traffic congestion that’ll cause since both exit from the 57-unit condo development
feed into the narrow one lane South Valley Trail Street.
I have concern with the traffic study. It doesn’t seem to take into consideration when/if there’s a major emergency like a
large fire, earthquake, or a large fire cause by the earthquake and everyone tries to get out at the same time. The only
people that’ll be able to get out are the people in the condos, and everyone else would be trapped. If this were to happen,
it’ll be a lot of fingers pointing but lives would have been lost.
I hope you can reconsider this project.
Sincerely,
Connie
6833/(0(17$/0$7(5,$/
3URYLGHGWRWKH3ODQQLQJ&RPPLVVLRQ
$IWHU'LVWULEXWLRQRI3DFNHW
'DWH'LVWULEXWHG
