Each LMD fund can only be
spent within the individual LMD where the assessments were collected (i.e., no commingling).

As required by law, the City will continue to incur a fiscal impact for those parcels that provide
a “general benefit” and are City-owned. To that end, the City will pay for LMD parcels as
follows:

Location Fund Fiscal
Impact
Parcel 946-4563-125 (Ponderosa - Del Prado
Park)
General Fund 201 $16.62
General benefit area along the Alamo Canal in
District 1984-1 (Ponderosa - Del Prado)
General Fund 201 $9,703.00
Parcel 948-0014-1-39 (water tank site) in District
1993-2 (Bonde Ranch)
Water Fund 420 $252.91
Parcel 946-4585-044 (sewer lift station) in
District 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm)
Sewer Fund 430 $465.75
Parcels 941-1803-62 (water tank site) in District
1995-1 (Moller Ranch)
Water Fund 420 $560.53
Parcels 941-1801-02 (trails staging area) in
District 1995-1 (Moller Ranch)
General Fund 201 $560.53
Total $11,559.34

These fiscal impacts will be analyzed as part of the review to confirm compliance with
Proposition 218. As with last year's assessments, staff recommends the total of $11,560 be
appropriated from the applicable city funds (General Fund, Water Fund and Sewer Fund) to
the respective Landscape Maintenance Districts.

Prepared by: Submitted by: Approved by:

Matthew Gruber, Landscape
Architect
Siew-Chin Yeong, Director of Public
Works

Gerry Beaudin, City
Manager

Attachments:
1.
