<br />4141352.1 12 <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />Zone 7’s agreements with contractor(s) and consultant(s) described in Section 3 of this <br />Agreement for Phase I work shall include: <br /> <br />1. Provision requiring that all contractor(s) and consultant(s) shall hold harmless, <br />indemnify, and defend the City of Pleasanton, its officers, and employees to the <br />same extent and degree as such indemnification is provided to Zone 7. <br /> <br />2. Provision requiring contractor(s) and consultant(s) to provide insurance naming the <br />City of Pleasanton as an additional insured to the same degree and in the same <br />amounts as provided to Zone 7. <br /> <br />3. Provision requiring contractor(s) and consultant(s) to agree that any work product <br />prepared for activities on City-owned property is assignable to the City without <br />additional cost. <br /> <br />4.
