In addition, the brand names will be provided for all application <br />equipment, rodent bait boxes, monitoring and trapping devices, and any other control equipment <br />that may be used to provide service. No materials, equipment, or pesticide products will be used <br />without prior approval. <br /> <br />Method for Providing Service Tickets <br /> <br />Pestmaster has implemented cloud-based scheduling and reporting software. Our technicians <br />work on mobile devices and receive scheduling information, real-time updates, contract details, <br />and notes about an upcoming site visit from these devices. At each service call, the technician <br />record notes about their site visit, photos, and other details. The information can be e-mailed to you <br />promptly, as work is completed. We will ensure the designated Point-of-Contact (POC) is kept <br />informed via regular e-mail communications. This e-mail system will also facilitate the response of <br />our technicians in handling IPM inspection scheduling, treatments, and record keeping. <br /> <br />You can access FieldRoutes Software any time to review status updates of past or upcoming <br />services, as well as confirm service dates, assess product usage, and review invoices for billing <br />purposes.
