All Pestmaster personnel will be pre-
approved by the COR prior to the commencement of services. Available staff for these services are
shown on the attached organizational chart under Northern California Field Operations.

Pest management tasks to be completed shall be coordinated with the COR on an agreed upon
time schedule with the understanding that often the most efficient times to inspect and develop a
treatment plan are during slower periods, and sometimes after hours. Whenever possible, routinely
scheduled work should be performed during normal business hours, which are Monday through
Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm., and/or as designated by the COR.

Sustainability

Pestmaster understands that numerous laws and regulations govern pesticide applications within
the various jurisdictions of California. Pestmaster does not make any application of pesticides
without first providing the SDS and obtaining prior approval from the buyer. This is designed to
remain compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and additionally, allows the buyer to fully
understand treatment methodologies. Pestmaster adheres to IPM approaches, so in applicable
cases, pest exclusion can be accomplished without pesticide applications. Furthermore, pesticides
will not be stored on-site and will be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations. LEED certified locations are serviced utilizing IPM protocols and/or the protocols LEED
has established for that location.

DocuSign Envelope ID: 16D1C412-7260-4260-8A87-C870C0BEE374
