City of Pleasanton—Merritt Property Project <br />15183 Consistency Checklist Consistency Checklist <br /> <br /> <br /> 145 <br />Proposed Project Analysis and Conclusion <br />As determined in the Housing Element Update FEIR, the project site does not <br />contain mineral resources of value and is not a designated mineral resources <br />recovery site. Therefore, there are no environmental effects that are peculiar <br />to the proposed project. The proposed project would not result in a new or <br />more severe adverse impact that was not previously identified in the Housing <br />Element Update FEIR. <br />Conclusion <br />With regards to Mineral Resources, the Consistency Checklist demonstrates <br />that: <br />1. No peculiar impacts related to the proposed project or its site that were <br />not analyzed as significant effects in the Housing Element Update FEIR <br />have been identified. <br />2. There are no potentially significant off-site and/or cumulative impacts <br />which were not analyzed in the Housing Element Update FEIR. <br />3. No substantial new information has been identified which results in an <br />impact which is more severe than anticipated by the Housing Element <br />Update FEIR. <br />4. No mitigation measures would be required because the proposed <br />project’s specific impacts would be less than significant. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures <br />None.
