State CEQA Guidelines Section <br />15126.6 requires that an EIR describe a range of reasonable alternatives to a proposed project, <br />which could feasibly attain the basic objectives of a project and avoid and/or lessen any significant <br />environmental effects of a project. <br />Chapter 7–Persons and Organizations Consulted-List of Preparers <br />This chapter lists all authors and agencies that assisted in the preparation of the Draft Program EIR, <br />by name, title, and company or agency affiliation. <br />Appendices <br />The Draft Program EIR appendices includes all notices and other procedural documents pertinent to <br />the Draft Program EIR, as well as technical material prepared to support the analysis.
