Implementation of appropriate <br />mitigation measures would ensure that impacts to aquatic <br />organisms would be avoided or minimized. Mitigation measures <br />may include Best Management Practices (BMPs) such as hay <br />bales, silt fencing, placement of straw mulch and hydro seeding <br />of exposed soils after construction as identified in the Storm <br />Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br />Mitigation Measures for the Proposed Project <br />Implement MM BIO-1 and corresponding Conditions of Approval.
