equity venture, partnership or any other relationship. Lessor neither undertakes nor assumes any <br />responsibility or duty to Lessee (except as expressly provided in this Lease) or to any third party <br />with respect to the Project. <br />Section 17.16 Survival. Lessee's obligations pursuant to Sections 3.2, 7.4, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, <br />and 9.5 and all other provisions that expressly so state shall survive the expiration or termination <br />of this Agreement. <br />Section 17.17 Counterparts.
