P21-1173, PUD-146, and Tract 8631 PC-2024-17, October 23, 2024 <br />6 of 34 <br />Section 3: The Planning Commission hereby recommends the following to the City Council: <br />1.Adopt a resolution adopting the addendum to the Downtown Specific Plan for the <br />Project. <br />2.Adopt the findings set forth in Sections 1 and 2 of this Resolution. <br />3.Adopt a resolution approving and Vesting Tentative Map (Tract 8631), subject to <br />the draft conditions of approval listed in the attached Exhibit A. <br />4.
