PFMAM uses the Russell <br />3000 Index as one index to comprehensively cover large cap, mid cap, and small cap <br />investing. <br /> <br />For international equity investing, previously the portfolios were benchmarked against both the <br />MSCI Emerging Market Index and the MSCI-EAFE Index for developed international equity <br />investing. PFMAM uses one international equity index covering both emerging and developed <br />markets: the MSCI ACWI Ex-US Index. <br /> <br />Finally, PFMAM includes a modest allocation to global infrastructure in its investment platform. <br />This allocation can be found in combination with real estate equities in the “other growth” <br />asset class segment in the investment guideline documents. <br /> <br />Page 121 of 658
