Pleasanton Comprehensive Fee Update and Nexus Study November 2024 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />This Fee Update and Nexus Study is provided to support the City Council’s ultimate <br />approval of a total fee schedule by land use. As part of these process, City staff has also <br />prepared an analysis of various fee levels and their implications on various City policy <br />considerations, including the need to fund future capital needs, to support affordable <br />housing development, and to ensure that future residential and commercial projects are <br />economically viable.
