Selection of Sub-Committee Representatives Page 1 of 1 December 11, 2024 <br />for 2025 <br /> <br /> Planning Commission <br />Agenda Report <br /> December 11, 2024 <br /> Item 7 <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Election of Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair for 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code Section 2.30.070 describes the organization of the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Per Section 2.30.070, the Commission shall, each December, elect a chair and a vice -chair by <br />majority vote. Commissioners may serve no more than two consecutive full terms as <br />chairperson of the commission. Accordingly, the Planning Commission is requested to <br />consider and elect a chair and a vice-chair for calendar year 2025, with the term of service <br />beginning in January. <br />
