P24-0670, -0671, and -0672, 1803 Santa Rita Road Planning Commission <br />5 of 12 <br />Figure 4: Current Street View of the Subject Site from Santa Rita Road <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSED PROJECT <br />The applicant is proposing to repurpose the existing approximately 2,479-square-foot former <br />KFC drive-through restaurant building and operate a drive-through coffee restaurant. No site <br />changes are proposed. Minor exterior changes to the existing building, comprising changing <br />the existing roof and cornice from white to yellow (corporate colors), as shown in Exhibit B, are <br />proposed. New wall-mounted signage, comprising four illuminated wall signs (one on each <br />building elevation) identifying the business name and drive -through, as well as minor <br />drive-through directional site signage, as shown in Exhibit B, are proposed. <br /> <br />The restaurant (interior and drive-through) proposes to operate daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and <br />will have a maximum of five employees on-site at any one time. <br /> <br />Please see Figures 5 through 7 that show the site plan, floor plan/drive-through queueing plan, <br />and the proposed exterior building changes and wall-mounted signage.
