EXHIBIT A STATEMENT OF WORK & BUDGET CITY OF PLEASANTON COMMUNITY GRANT CONTRACT AGREEMENT City of Pleasanton AND Amador Livermore Valley Historical Society July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025 The project to be undertaken by Amador Livermore Valley Historical Society is: An Afternoon or Evening with... Series 2024-25 The Ed Kinney "An Afternoon or Evening With . . .2024-25” Series is a monthly theatrical program in which Chautauqua scholars portray historical characters at the Firehouse Arts Center in downtown Pleasanton. Guests, from elementary school children to senior citizens, spend an afternoon or evening with historical characters, such as Steve Jobs, Coretta Scott King, Junko Tabei, Edith Galt Wilson, Kasturba Gandhi, and General Benjamin O. Davis Jr. The project shall conform substantially to the statement of work described above. [However, the indicator and number of unduplicated residents noted in the application may be adjusted proportionately to reflect a reduction in funding between the amount requested and the amount approved.] Any requests to modify the scope of the project shall be submitted to the City of Pleasanton’s Community Grant administrator in the form of the included addendum. Requests shall be processed as follows: a) If the proposed change is in substantial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City’s Community Grant program administrator, the change may be approved by City staff. b) If the proposed change is in partial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City’s Community Grant program administrator, the change will be submitted for review and approval by the City’s Civic Arts Commission or Youth Commission.
