Oct 28 2024 <br />Narratives on off-street parking spaces at 6111 Johnson Ct <br />This is for JOYFUL CHURCH’s usage plan and overview of the building and off-street parking <br />strategy on 6111 Johson Ct <br />The service on Sundays has the most impact in terms of the usage of the building and the <br />need of off-street parking between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. when the adult services happen. <br />The average number of adults is about 200-250 regular church members and 1/3 of adults <br />would drop off their children to toddler’s, children, and youth group’s service each upto 100 <br />total in average. <br />This number of congregations will occupy 6,015 SF total, which is combined area of main <br />sanctuary and other rooms assigned to each group as attached table below. <br />When the offices are full at the same time it would need 110 stalls total. <br /> <br />Table 1.
