Chair Gaidos opened the public comment for items on the Consent Calendar. Public comments were received for Item 2 from: James Feng and Seema Abdi. Adoption of Planning Commission schedule of meeting dates for 2025 Recommendation: Adopt the Planning Commission schedule of meeting dates for 2025. Director Ellen Clark provided a brief overview of the report. MOTION: It was m/s by Pace/Wedge to adopt the Planning Commission schedule of meeting dates for 2025, as recommended. Motion passed by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioners Jain, Morgan, Wedge, and Chair Gaidos Noes: None Absent: Commissioner Mohan Abstain: None 7. Selection of Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair for 2025 Recommendation: Appoint Chair and Vice Chair for one-year terms beginning on January 1, 2025. Director Clark provided a brief overview of the report. MOTION: It was m/s by Gaidos/Pace to appoint Commissioner Morgan to the Chair position and Commissioner Jain to the Vice Chair position for one-year terms beginning January 1, 2025.
