L.L.C, a California limited liability corporation (the “Owner”). <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />A. The Owner owns real property commonly known as 990 Sycamore Road, City of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly described as: <br /> <br />Lot 5 of Tract 8528 recorded on ____________________, in <br />Book _____ of Maps, pages ______ to ______, inclusive, <br />Alameda County Records (the “Property”). <br /> <br />B. As a requirement for the development of the Property pursuant to City of Pleasanton <br />Ordinance No. 2210, adopted September 15, 2020, Owner “shall be responsible for the <br />maintenance and repairs of Sycamore Creek located on the Property as provided in Conditions of <br />Approval Nos. 18 and 72 of Ordinance No. 2210 and as set forth in Tract Map 8528 and <br />designated as a Storm Drain Easement (SDE) attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Page 195 of 350
